Last year, St John's Hospital gave away almost £400,000. The people who benefitted from this were from a wide range of backgrounds and their needs were many and varied.  Many local charities, who applied for financial help, through the Community Grants Programme were also successful and they in turn were able to assist a diversity of different projects in the city - such as Bath Community Transport, for a bespoke Booking and Invoice System, Bath Rugby Community Foundation for their Youth Inclusion Programme,  and Julian House for the Freedom Programme to stop Domestic Violence.
