Charitable Activities

Over the centuries, St John’s Hospital has been at the heart of Bath’s charitable community; providing shelter and support for the disadvantaged and elderly of the city.

Today, as one of the oldest Almshouses charities in the country, St John’s continues to strive to provide quality sheltered accommodation, with its self-contained flats in the city centre and at its modern complex in Combe Park, Weston, as well as to give financial support through its Grant Giving programmes to those in need.
